Jeff Stark, Chef/Owner of J&S Catering and More, LLC graduated with honors from Oklahoma State University with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts.  Jeff is an award-winning Chef in the Tulsa market.  Following a successful career of 15 plus years as an Executive Chef, J&S was created to serve the highest-quality food that is appealing, served in a safe manner, and provides individualized services to the Tulsa community.  

J&S's motto is "Experience Fresh" from farm-fresh seasonal vegetables to grains and proteins.  We are a from-scratch company with an emphasis on healthy and flavor-filled stocks, sauces, salad dressings, etc.  We do not use fillers such as nitrates or MSG.  We are able to provide food with maximum flavor without the added sodium or fats utilizing all of the cooking methods:  marinades, smoke curing, etc.  J&S also strives to be versatile and supply clients with creative and diverse food options as well as be cognizant of client's special dietary needs.

J&S customizes menus based on clients' budgets and needs for corporate events, weddings, office breakfasts, luncheons or dinners, whether plated or buffet.  The Chef/Owner prepares and serves the food for a more personalized service.  The company has capabilities to provide high-quality food and services from small intimate functions to large corporate functions.  With all of the resources at the Chef/Owner's disposal, no party or function is too large.
